As 2023 comes to a close, on the last full moon of the year I found myself reflecting on the infinite life lessons and significant growth that has unfolded throughout the year. Embracing challenges became a catalyst for personal development, teaching me resilience and adaptability. Navigating uncertainties underscored the importance of mindfulness and staying present. Each hurdle was an opportunity for learning, unveiling strengths previously unrecognized. As the chapters of 2023 conclude, I carry forward a wealth of experiences, grateful for the wisdom gained and optimistic about the journey that lies ahead. The main reflection on 2023 was the word forgiveness. When you forgive and ask for forgiveness your soul frees up a little, each time.
