Leap of FAITH for your Growth

As we are about to start a new week. I would like to elaborate on this quote👇. “Do one thing every day that scares you” by Eleanore Roosevelt.

Taking on one thing a day that scares you the most can be a transformative journey. The idea is to step out of your comfort zone, confront fears, and grow as an individual. Each day, you might encounter different fears, big or small, but the key is to face them head-on.

On the first day, it could be as simple as striking up a conversation with a stranger. The next day, you might tackle a fear of public speaking by giving a speech to a small group. As you progress, the challenges may intensify. You might confront deeply rooted fears like heights, rejection, or failure.

Over time, you’ll likely notice a change within yourself. Confidence will grow, and the things that once scared you will become less daunting. Embracing this beautiful practice can lead to personal growth, increased self-esteem, and a sense of empowerment. Remember, it’s not about conquering all fears in a day, but about making consistent efforts to overcome them, one step at a time. ©Johanna Pupiales
